Where talent becomes mastery. For over 15 years, the SV Niklashausen Table Tennis School has been training players according to competitive sports standards—right in their own community, in the heart of the Main-Tauber district.
The Niklashausen Table Tennis School enables talented young table tennis players in the “Baden Siberia” table tennis diaspora to pursue the sport at a competitive level—close to home. The alternative of traveling three times a week to the state training center in Heilbronn, approximately 100 km away, is not a “real” alternative from a school, time, and organizational standpoint.
In Niklashausen, several licensed coaches and skilled training partners work with ten or more talented table tennis players almost every day. That’s because individual development is our top priority: Only those who hone their talent regularly and systematically through training will reach their full potential.
The organizers in Niklashausen always keep a close eye on the “league level.” Training table tennis talents from a competitive sports perspective only makes sense if they also have the opportunity to test their skills in appropriate leagues. Five promotions over the past 15 years have taken SV Niklashausen all the way to the Southwest Regional League. Playing in this league at least once should be the goal of every table tennis student.
Our training program offers a session almost every weekday—tailored to the students’ school schedules and their individual levels of development.
